If you purchased your device from Verizon it’s factory locked and won’t be able to join the beta because Verizon never participates in betas
Only people able to join the beta is people who purchased a device directly from Samsung or you have a t-mobile device

The only devices in the betas are T-mobile devices and Unlocked devices

I purchased my phone from Verizon and as far as I know, it's unlocked. I show nothing to dispute that on my phone, yet, I also don't have access to the ui 7 beta either.
What is the model number of your phone in Settings | About phone? if it ends with a U and NOT a U1, then your device is a carrier locked device with a carrier unlock, you would need to have a Factory unlocked (ending with U1) device to participate.
