I just installed the beta on an unlocked S24 Ultra which I purchased from Google Fi, not from Samsung.

Hmmmm not sure why it's not showing maybe it's because my carrier is AT&T

You need to select the bullhorn icon on the upper right in the Members app. If your phone is eligible, the beta option will then appear in your Inbox Notices.

I thought that it was only Verizon that refused to participate in Samsung betas. I'm pretty sure that was the case last year.

Actually, all carriers other than T-Mobile are ineligible unless you bought the phone factory unlocked and then activated on their service.
