API access to the watch data in real time

I'd like to get access to the watches health data biometrics through the use of an API. How would I go about getting this type of access for my biometrics? I'm trying to develop an over eating support app an the biometric data in real time would queue the AI of alerts and notifications to me during an event. Thank you for all your help

I found Samsung Health Data SDK.

You will have to request partnership to access the data.
