Why are updates so slow to release?

Seems that Samsung has fallen further and further behind on updates. Android 15 has been out 4 months now and no sign of anything yet on my S23 Ultra. At this rate why keep buying Samsung?

Yea no **bleep** but being 5 to 6 months behind their competitors doesn't give much trust to their customers.

It takes time to build the interface and work the bugs out, but there is light at the end of the tunnel, over the next several days we will see beta testing for the z fold series as well as the s23 series for T-Mobile and unlocked devices

Just give it time guys cause delaying it atleast gives them time to continue to fix any bugs or add little things to it to help people

$1,000 if they released it now or a few months ago there are bugs a lot of you would complain about rushing the update with all these bugs present.

Sure OnePlus got example released an update to their 12 series. Yes it has bugs and in their Circle Forums I see people complain about said bugs.

OEMs can't make everyone happy...
