I would like to report an issue with the video quality on the Galaxy S23 FE camera. The colors in recorded videos appear significantly different from real life. They often look washed-out and unnatural, especially under LED lighting.
In particular, skin tones are rendered poorly – faces look dull and sometimes even dirty, which makes the overall video quality very unappealing. This issue becomes very noticeable indoors under artificial lighting, where the camera fails to produce natural and vibrant colors.
I kindly request that Samsung investigate this problem and provide a software update to improve the color processing for video recording on the S23 FE.
