Beta program

Hello I know I'm a little late but a few weeks ago the beta program for the s-23 series came out and I want to try out one UI 8 but it says the beta program isn't active so I don't know if it's over or what can you please let me know

It must be closed to new participants. Beta 2 was released last Thursday (9/11).

Thank you I'm surprised that they ended it in like 4 days from what I've seen is usually longer

You're welcome. The beta itself won't be finished until the stable build is ready to go (unknown when that will be).

The S23 beta was also open only to factory unlocked devices (model name ending in U1).

Yea mine phone is unlocked but someones else told me it officially coming out this week

It may be coming out this week for S25 series. I'm sure it will be a while longer for S23.

@Jade42 Does the model name end in "U" or "U1"?

Factory unlocked devices have model names ending in "U1".

Carrier devices end in "U" and aren't the same even though they may be carrier unlocked.
