Verizon Failed January Update

Trying to update my S23 Ultra with the most recent update but it keeps failing. I have a locked Verizon phone. Everytime I try to update, it's super slow and eventually fails giving my "Error Code: 407". I tried clearing cache, clearing data, restarting my phone, using Smart Switch, switching between wifi and data, switching between different wifi networks. I have enough space on my phone (300gb free). If I knew what the error code meant, I could diagnose further. Google hasn't been helpful. Samsung support hasn't been helpful. They are telling me to manually flash my device but I wanna leave that as a last resort. Any suggestions?

Can't download the new software 15.0 onto my Samsung Galaxy 24 Ultra even after I reset my settings in my phone.

I'm having the same problem with my s24+ with Verizon it's saying the same error code  so if anyone knows what the problem is or if it's just Samsung's error

I called samsung support.  They advised that it is a Verizon issue and are working with them to solve issue.

Same issue with my Verizon 23 Ultra I get either error code 407 or 500. I've tried 2 different wifis, no wifi, with excellent 5GUw service, restating it, clearing some storage up, clearing my cache, everything and still haven't had any luck

Glad to know I'm not the only one having this issue.  I've been trying to get it downloaded on my S23+ for the past week.  I'm also on Verizon.  I'm going to stop trying until it gets resolved or a new update is pushed out.

I personally don't want to have to factory reset my phone and all that just for an update this is something Verizon needs to fix
