Verizon Failed January Update

Trying to update my S23 Ultra with the most recent update but it keeps failing. I have a locked Verizon phone. Everytime I try to update, it's super slow and eventually fails giving my "Error Code: 407". I tried clearing cache, clearing data, restarting my phone, using Smart Switch, switching between wifi and data, switching between different wifi networks. I have enough space on my phone (300gb free). If I knew what the error code meant, I could diagnose further. Google hasn't been helpful. Samsung support hasn't been helpful. They are telling me to manually flash my device but I wanna leave that as a last resort. Any suggestions?

Bugged updates, we just have to wait for samsung to pull them and fix them

Not the end of the world. Just wait for Samsung and/or anybody else to fix it, and it'll load just like the others.

Update: Neither wiping the cache partition or booting in safe mood will work. Just gonna guess it's a buggy update and wait for Samsung to release a new update. Thank you all for the input and help 🫡

UPDATE 2: About 1 hours
after wiping the cache partition AND trying to download the update in safe mode, it finally downloaded and worked. Not quite sure what I did but everything downloaded and I'm typing this after the install. Took forever to download. Started downloading at 5:30 and just installed at 8:15 (CST). Again, thanks for all the help!

yep, same here. I'll  get error code 407 and 412.

• Mine started the update and was extremely slow. After 25 mins it was only 5%. Using wifi, great connection. I let it go checked it about 20 minutes later and it was 9%. Then, it stopped. In the settings under update, it states update unsuccessful, failed error code 407. This is the first time I have ever had an issue with an update.
