Unable to place calls after recent update

After the recent June update on my s23 I occasionally have difficulty placing calls. After hitting the call button it just won't connect. I have rebooted several times and I'm still experiencing the same problem. Anybody else having this issue with the recent update?

Then let your carrier know about this, it's their responsibility to resolve the issue.
