Translate with home button

• I use tap and hold the home button to translate the page. On the page I want to translate, I just press and hold the home button. A translate icon will appear. I tap that button and the entire page is translated. There is no lens or circles being used. 

How do I set that up on another phone?  I cannot remember.

Translate is part of Google's Circle to Search action. You would long press the home button, then select  or circle the area you want translated and then select the translation option.
