For some reason over the last week (probably after a couple of updates ,currently on UI7) the quick access menu does not work within any open application. I have to go back to the home screen to use it.
Before you ask, yes, I'm aware of the changes to access the quick access menu - middle, top right. etc. This works as expected. Just not when an application is open.
Any app, even the Samsung settings menu. Its as if the top of the screen is no longer the top - like there was a shift such that swiping down from the top doesn't grab the top of the screen. Only when in an app.
If i turn the phone horizontal, it works fine. That is the top of the screen is accessible and registers swiping down. Quick access settings are accessible in app.
Any idea? screen resolution change or app protection?
