Trading S23 Ultra for a S24 Ultra

Hello,

I'd like to know how can i trade my s23u in a samsung store for a s24u please?

I'm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

You can locate the nearest physical Samsung experience location to you, which may be NYC to be honest but I'm not familiar with the Philadelphia area so there may be one closer. Once you locate a physical store you can walk in and they will be able to help you out with upgrading to an S24 Ultra and with your trade in.

Well the nearest store to you is in NY I would suggest trading in with your carrier if the 3hr drive from Philadelphia is too far of a drive
