Feature Request: adding a feature to lock in a minimum setting for Adaptive brightness

I think a nice feature to Adaptive brightness would be to lock in a minimum setting. I tend to use messenger at night and find the Adaptive brightness to low.

@Cyberwasp You could easily create a routine based on time of day AND Messenger being open to set the brightness level where you want it.

Or a few ranges to choose (lower overall, higher overall, etc.).
