Galaxy S23For several months, the volume on my phone has changed on its own. From On to Vibrate and sometimes from Vibrate to Off. This happens almost every day. Any ideas on how I can prevent this? Thanks.

Galaxy S23No idea, other than it had to be a Rogue App doing this.
After six months of torture,
I deleted one of Samsungs praised Apps and no longer have this issue for my Note20Ultra.
I love this phone for about a year now and at seventy, good chance the last one for a while.
Handed down by my retired Son of USAirforce and he knew I'd like it.
Good Lock App was deleted cured this Hideous nonsense.

Galaxy S23Thanks for taking the time to post your experience. I'm also missing calls for the reason you described. I don't have the Good Lock app, but at least I know what might be causing this.

Galaxy S23Thanks for posting. It can happen at any time, but it seems most often overnight. I've not activated Do Not Disturb. I don't know what a Mode or Routine is, so probably have not set one.

Galaxy S23Are you perhaps, accidentally pressing and holding the volume down button? grabbing the phone by the sides can cause this.
