I'm most likely in the wrong place, but seemed like it couldn't hurt. I don't often pay attention to notifications on the phone. I usually figure it's useful, but it's not a phone call. Usually you want to hear the phone calls though.

I believe texts are right up there with the phone calls. Wouldn't you? I often find myself missing texts and seeing them hours later. Wondering why I never heard of felt then. Then I realize it's because I muted all notifications earlier expecting texts to go thru still.

So not a big deal at all, just thought I'd others are able to rant on here. Why can't I, lol? What do you think about the ringer status though?

I apologize for any & all typos, I did try fixing them but sure I missed a few at least.

The Do Not Disturb feature not only allows you to select which type of notifications you prefer to receive, for example calls and texts, but you can also select if you only want calls and texts from specific people or those in your favorite list. I find it very useful, and I have it set to turn on automatically every evening and off in the morning.

I do believe this would help. I just wonder why the designers thought texts would be set as they are. It seems strange
