I guess if the issue just happened this morning/today (i.e. working fine before), it could be related to the outage.

If the outage issue is fixed and you still have the issue, it could probably be the phone or sim issue and you might want to contact Samsung customer service for help.

This happened to my S22 like less than 2 months ago. I'm pretty sure it's samsung. How can 2 of my phones do it but the back up phone works fine? And my wife's IPhone works just fine on the same network

I got access to the 4G band on my s24 ultra recently. No 5G right now..

So is it the 5g towers this happened to or all of the service for the carriers bc where we live there's no 5g towers

Maybe your phone needs a software update I would go to whatever carrier you have I would go and see whats going on with it
