Okay folks. On November 5 and 4 days before December 1st, when I get into my home, my text messages and my calls do not work.
When I tried to make a call, it dropped immediately, or if I did connect. Supposedly, they can hear me, but I can't hear them. Luckily, I have another line in, oh, sort of a landline, and I'm able to reach out and spend a long time with Spectrum. Who's my internet Samsung.Whose phone is it.
And then a few times with Verizon, one person on Verizon told me I can upgrade my phone to an H, or I can buy the next platform up for faster.
Phone, and so I said.
You stopped my phone.Yes, I pay my bill on time.It's automatic so that I have to buy a new phone? And supposedly, I got a $130 credit, but they're still charging me for the next month. But the last person where I finally reached the second level, and the Verizon tech had me shut my phone. They reset the network. I had a little trouble tonight, but I got to make a few of my calls when I was talking with the second-level tech. I said somebody moved or did something with one of their many, many cell towers in my neighborhood. That's when I come into my house. And I have windows on three sides, my phone, and texting doesn't work. Any suggestions or ideas on why this happens and how I can prevent it from happening more? I don't want to buy a new phone. He said, I would have to pay eleven dollars and eleven cents for the next five years. That's what my insurance covers. And that's because the phone was not stolen, broken, or lost. I learned a lesson.
Check that wifi calling is off? Check messages rcs status? Check that send as sms/mms is unchecked in messages as this can override rcs. Also make sure any texting over wifi is off. If all this are off, still have the issue, reset your network from settings. Also reboot WiFi router. This sounds like an issue with the switch over from data to wifi. 🖖🏻
After re reading your post, whats your signal look like when your in your house? You could install a cell booster if the signal is degraded inside.
