Which phone do you have yes our are both paid as well I'm gonna have to get a hold of cricket bc that's mine n my husband's carrier that way I can see if it's that or something with the software

It could be cellular outage in the US. I also have similar issue.

That's not the problem. My other phone works fine when I put the sim in it from my S24. If I check outages in my area, it says there are no outages on the At&T site

I did check that on ATT website and it also said "No outage" but I have the signal service problem. So I think the website is not updated.

Well I tried my sim in a different phone and it worked so I can debunk the outage being the problem
