I wonder why RCS dont work on Samsung Messages anymore

Samsung Messages is dependant on carrier implementations of RCS.

Most carriers are transitioning to Google's version of RCS because it runs through Google's servers, tends to be more compatible with iOS, and doesn't require the carrier to build and maintain their own RCS infrastructure.

Unfortunately, you will likely need to transition to google messages to retain RCS Chat features going forward.

Really I like Samsung Messages but I get it

Samsung messages is officially deprecated. They are sunsetting the app and it will be discontinued completely at some point.

Samsung made Google Messages the new default app, so the official guidance is to Switch ASAP. Samsung messages will continue to lose more and more features over time.

Is this why my auto correct stopped working correctly a couple months ago? Its driving me crazy. I didn't realize how lazy I was when it came to writing until I had to start adding my punctuation and everything.

RCS don't work on S25ultra with verizon I think samsung messages should give up to Google messages but I never liked Google messages app because there is no customize it
