Does anyone else think that the codes on Samsung's original keyboard don't recognize them? For example, *#0*#, *#06#, etc. I have a Samsung S23 Ultra

Many carriers do not support or actively block those codes.  This is not a defect in the phone itself, it's carrier controlled.

Really? I have a Cricket line in the USA and with them I had an S24 FE and they worked, but I bought an S23 Ultra unlocked and on this phone they do not work despite transferring my number to this phone.

From what I understand the carriers disabled many of the codes that were used

Is there any way to use them? I need to get in at Test Mode because I need to check my phone (it's a unlocked and used phone)

This member app has a diagnostic option on it and you can check majority of the phones operations if they are working correctly.

You can also use Device Care on your Samsung phone to run a diagnostic

What do you need to check on your phone?  Is something not working properly?  When you buy a used phone, you  buy at your own risk, and if something does not work properly, it should be returned to the source.  Is the used phone you bought carrier unlocked or factory unlocked?  Does the model # end in U or in U1?  If Cricket is not one of the carriers that disables the codes, the carrier whose firmware is on the phone may be blocking the codes.  Even if a carrier phone is unlocked for moving to another carrier, some of their restrictions will remain with the device as long as their firmware is still on the device.

@Rush_99 I've heard some people mention if they turn off Auto Blocker in Security and Privacy the codes will start to work but I know Verizon has blocked them for years.
