Galaxy S23Once again, voicemail is a carrier issue. Just because your wife is not having a problem does not mean that your voicemailbox is sending the correct signal to your phone that there is a message. You have two different pieces of hardware and two different phone numbers and voicemailboxes, so they are not exactly the same. You may need to have the mailbox reset. If you don't want to contact your carrier, that's a *you* problem. If you truly think it's a phone issue, reset your phone. Then put in an error report with Samsung. Yelling at them to fix something on this forum is not going to get anything done at all, you have to actually INFORM them of the problem through the proper channels - and that channel is not a user-to-user forum. As I said before, though, I can pretty much guarantee they will tell you to contact your carrier first and then reset your phone.
