Phone, settings, voicemail, notifications , alerts on and setup what sounds etc you want. Mine works, no issues.

There is no voicemail in my settings and apps either. I access settings for voicemail through the phone icon, the phone settings.

Voicemail is a carrier provided service. If its not there , Contact your carrier.

nobody understand the question....voicemail works, the carrier has nothing to do with a preinstalled app on the phone when purchased, when you ope your phone apps on your screen you will find a green normally listed voicemail icon leading to that app where you can reach your new voicemails, this phone does not have that, thats what im looking to find/replace
