Galaxy S23I have never successfully received an SMS verification code from Facebook, even though my number is correct. I think that there is something wrong with their SMS system. They do have an alternate recovery method, and I think you can get a verification code by email. I don't remember, I only know that I was able to do it, but it was quite awhile back. I think I used one of the recovery codes I had downloaded from my account. But it would be too late for you to do that if you already can't get into your account.
Try the instructions at this link. https://www.facebook.com/help/105487009541643/

Galaxy S23No soap, long provider, no modem person, no internet person. But hopefully this last thing will help. I'll tell you i've been paying for what type of landline.Thank god, I had it.Otherwise, I'd really be up the creek as I say, without a paddle.

Galaxy S23If you are not receiving SMS on the phone registered with FB, the only other thing I can think of is check if they can send the verification code to your email instead of your phone. I don't use FB so I don't know if that is possible. Good luck!

Galaxy S23And it seemed to work, she even had me take out my sim card for a few minutes and then put it back in. although she said my phone is damaged, and it's the public sending me refurbished one.Do I have to send back this phone now. I did all the things that you had suggested.I even told the woman the verizon representative that I thought it was one of the towers since there are so many on the buildings here that someone tweaked it in the wrong direction because i've been here for so many years that you'll probably be my grandchild! I think it's really that because never had any problems in all these years.Someone's fiddling around cause they had nothing to do, ha ha
