I'd suggest trying Smartswitch on a PC to see if it will force the update

Your welcome I'd also suggest wiping the cache partition

Wipe Cache Partition Instructions

  • Power Off: Turn off your Galaxy S23 completely.

  • Enter Recovery Mode: Press and hold the Volume Up button and the Side Key (Power button) simultaneously.
  • Release Buttons: Release both buttons once the Samsung logo appears, then wait for the Android Recovery menu to load.
  • Navigate: Use the Volume Down button to scroll down and highlight "Wipe cache partition".
  • Select: Press the Side Key to select it.
  • Confirm: Use the Volume Down button to highlight "Yes," then press the Side Key to confirm.
  • Reboot: Once the cache is cleared, "Reboot system now" will be highlighted; press the Side Key to restart your phone.

Also, try clearing the partition cache. Mine did it once and clearing the cache fixed it.
