For the past year give or take my s23 has had issues with wifi connection. It will connect but say that my internet is unavailable. I reset my phone or forget the wifi then it works for a second or 2 but does it again. I'm not sure what else to do. I'm aware that the s23 has had this issue but I thought it was fixed

This is usually caused by your router. Make sure that your router is placed in a high place, away from mirrors, other radio frequency devices, and thick brick walls. Remember, 2.4 GHz will give you the longest distance; 5 GHz will give you the fastest speeds. Often, when this happens, it lets you know that, though you are connected to your router, you might be too far away for it to put the internet speed needed through the air at that distance. Also, in your phone's Wi-Fi settings, don't forget to play around with the intelligent Wi-Fi settings. See if that helps.

I reset my wifi and connections settings and it's been pretty steady. It's literally only my phone that has the issue every other device in my house has not issue most of the time

Keep in mind that with Wi-Fi, it's very hard to judge the connection between items, as they all have different technologies. Most home connections are through the 2.4 GHz connection, and that will give you the longest, most steady connection. If you're able to directly connect to your 2.4 GHz, I recommend doing that. Remember, in your router settings, you can set separate bands and name each SSID separately so you know exactly what you're connected to. The S23 has the new technology Wi-Fi 6 ect and will try to connect to the latest connection type, but that will give you the fastest speed, not necessarily the best distance. Interference and other obstacles affect Wi-Fi. Typically, if a device is defective, it won't connect at all; since it's connected, that suggests a bandwidth problem. What kind of case does it have? That could also be a problem.

Just a cheap plastic rubber case, I have dropped it and gotten it wet more than a couple times. What could cause a bandwidth problem? It jusy recently started having this issue but I have noticed it is only in my bedroom I have the issue

I also just ran connection test on my phone. The first one said I had poor connecting. The second one said I had great connection and the 3rd one said that I had fair connection so I think the issue is my phone does that have stable connection. When it drops it says that I am on the network but I could not connect to internet

If this happens mostly in your bedroom, might I suggest getting a WiFi extender that is made by the same manufacturer as your router. No lan line required.

Yea i thought about that. I just seen a bunch of people having issues with wifi connection that have the s23 so I assumed it was something wrong with that phone
