I still haven't received it. T-mobile, s23ultra. Nothing in the members app

My understanding is that it's for unlocked S23s. I received the news through the notifications (loud speaker icon) in the Members app of my unlocked S23S Ultra.

My device is from T-mobile but it has since been network unlocked. Though, it's not a u1 model
