It's most likely dead. It happens, the batteries tend to die in them, ranging from after a couple years to 5+ years. Just depends on if you get a lemon or not. Have you tried purchasing a new one?
I didn't purchase new one only thing is it don't connect or cant take photos with it. If I get another I gotta get the one with Bluetooth cause there is one without it
My point still stands, your pen's battery is dead. You are required to purchase a new one from the Samsung shop app in order to get the Bluetooth capabilities back.
