Recent apps lock

Did the latest update take away the ability to keep an app in the recent list! You used to tap the bar at the top and choose lock.

⁃  Recent Apps  ≻

⁃  Click on The Icon for The

    App You Want To Keep  ≻

⁃  Choose Keep Open .

Ah ha. I was trying it with just the one app in recent when you need more than one for the menu to appear.
