I had to factory reset my phone. I backed all of my photos to Google and the Samsung cloud. When I restored everything the photos were gone. Amy suggestions?
This is why I try not to rely on the cloud for backups, stuff happens. Also it takes forever, I just don't understand people who don't backup their devices locally!
People don't think about it. As witnessed here, people expect their devices to be perfect and last forever. When I was working, every memo and email I sent ended with "if it's important to you, back it up".

Backed it up or reset it? Backing up won't reduce lag. Clearing the cache partition will, optimizing your apps with Good Guardians App Booster will. Regularly maintaining your phone by doing the basic housecleaning listed above will. Your lag could also be caused by interference from a rogue app you installed. Reboot into safe mode to see if it still lags. If it does not, you have a bad app.
