Did you make any changes or add any apps in the last 3 weeks?  Is something running in the background that is slowing things down?  Have you done a diagnostic on the phone to see if any of the hardware is not working properly?  You are restarting your phone, but have you tried deleting your cache partition?

Has the issue stopped? As the previous post said, clear the cache from your apps because if you don't then it can definitely slow your processor down. If you don't know how there are a number of ways but I'll go over the two quickest way to do it and hopefully those will fix it. First thing I'd try if this were happening to me or say Bluetooth issues, phone call issues, etc is to do a "soft reset" and I honestly do this to my phone about once a week as it's known to clear out any system glitches. Hold down the volume DOWN button and the POWER button at the same time for approximately 5 seconds or until the phone restarts. When it reboots then see how it works the next day or so and hopefully it's not sluggish but if it is then do this (advise to write this down): power off your phone, once it's completely off then give it maybe 5 seconds and hold the VOLUME UP button and the POWER button down at the same time for about 10 seconds then release... If it was done correctly a menu will appear - use the volume down button to the option that references "clear system cache" and press the power button to select the option then power button again to confirm the action. When it's finished use the volume down/up button to the " restart phone" and that should fix it. If that doesn't, I'd strongly consider doing a factory reset but make sure the device info is backed up on the Google cloud and/or Samsung cloud. If you do the factory reset it will literally delete everything as if it were brand new. Then you can bring in the phone data you backed up on the cloud. Might watch a YouTube tutorial prior to doing this option - search for How to factory reset Samsung S23". Good luck
