One Ui7 slow charging and heating issues?

I've definitely noticed since I got this update that my s23 ultra charges slower than it did before and even heats up quite a bit. I use a super fast 2.0 charger, yet it's still slow. Hopefully a new fixes this.

pretty normal, you suppose to do something else while your phone is charging

Definitely not normal, a little warmth is okay. I've used my device plenty fine without any slowdown while charging.

since the update to ui 8 this banners appears on my screen and they stay on for a long time un I do something it does this with everything including turning volume up or down
