I've definitely noticed since I got this update that my s23 ultra charges slower than it did before and even heats up quite a bit. I use a super fast 2.0 charger, yet it's still slow. Hopefully a new fixes this.
I am having similar issues. My phone just today was barely used and drained to 15%. I have had it plugged in for over 30 minutes now, and it has only increased to 18%. It was faster before the update.

Clear the cache partition of the device by turning off your device, simultaneously press and hold the power and volume up buttons, when the Samsung logo appears, release the power button. Your device should boot into recovery mode. Navigate to "wipe cache partition" and press power. Reboot the device normally.
If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician.

Maybe Samsung shouldn't release updates that break people's phones as to where your customers have to do troubleshooting after an update on a phone that was working fine before? Just a thought...
I hate this new update my phone loads very slow takes mins to bring up article and phone getting very hot on top of phone never had these issues before
As stated, clear the cache. And if you just installed the update, give it some time. The new operating system is still arranging things and still updating stuff. Mine took about a week. No problem since then.

My battery charge used to last all day until the update to One UI version 7.0. Now, not only will it fail to complete charging on a fast charger overnight, but it barely makes it for 8 hours before needing a recharge.
