Galaxy S23Hello, welcome and thank you for being a part of the Samsung Community! I understand your frustrations with your device not charging properly and heating up after completing the recent update.
Galaxy devices have a set temperature range, where they operate at their best. While they may feel warm under certain conditions, like charging, this does not affect the device's lifespan or performance. However, if your devices get too warm, it could cause some issues. Use this guide to help keep your devices at their normal operating temperature: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10002887/.
Clear the cache partition of the device by turning off your device, simultaneously press and hold the power and volume up buttons, when the Samsung logo appears, release the power button. Your device should boot into recovery mode. Navigate to "wipe cache partition" and press power. Reboot the device normally.
Perform a factory data reset. Be sure to back up your device before performing the reset:https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10002780/.
For the device slow charging check out this troubleshooting guide: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10002871/
If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician.
You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.

Galaxy S23I've had the very same issue, my phone switched itself off last night too, woke up to a charging screen, didn't even restart, I held off on the update but caved when it didn't stop popping up.
I have a 100 watt charger with 100 watt cables, no issues on anything else, just since One UI 7.
I hope they sort this soon, seems to be everywhere based on search and affects all models too.

Galaxy S23I got my s23U updated to One UI 7 last week and observed significant over draining of battery and overheating. One UI 6.1 was far better in handling these. I tried some remedies like clearing cache but that doesn't work for me. Need a fix for this ASAP
