I had samsung for years because you had good quality and options and memories for days. Not they gone downhill in flames one thing is samsung has more apps installed from the factory and it limits u to less then 30 apps as they have 400 plus of useless .junk and God for bid u download something there goes ur memory and what happen to just having the good old sd card. Slot o that's right they got greedy and charge u for storage now like things are tight already plus ur over a grand for a phone that only last for at most2 or 3 years following the apples downgrade methods start samsung. Step ur game up don't follow the trends become the trend like u used to. The 23 ultra may be my last samsung product I get until yall get better and stop with the corporate greed and help the consumer.
I have the S24 Ultra and it's a phenomenal device - you aren't alone. A lot of us miss the Samsung of 10 years ago, which innovated rings around everyone else and packed as many features as possible into its flagship devices. Today's Samsung plays it safe - too safe. Low excitement, low innovation, low expectation, and removes features if there's production costs to be saved. Thinks its customers won't buy anything else, so Samsung is complacent and even arrogant. Example: S25 Ultra S Pen has no Bluetooth functionality... it's essentially a plastic stick... yet Samsung is pricing replacements at the same USD $49.99 as the Bluetooth-equipped S24 Ultra S Pen. That S Pen is the ONLY thing keeping me with Samsung and if the company decides that not enough people use it and get rid of it, there's nothing keeping my loyalty here. The S Pen has been a defining feature for 15 years - and Samsung now wants to lose it and get lost in crowd? Sad.
I'm done just waiting for end of life for my devices. The AI stuff does nothing for me and is more of a downgraded experience I do not want. I have to work harder just to do basic things.
