How do I get rid of ui7? My phone is slower, calls have more static and drop outs, says I'm not connected to internet. Tech support had me reset network and then it wouldn't even complete a speed test. Samsung support says i have to pay for them to diagnose. I just want to revert to what worked fine.
My phone has been having issues since the update and tech support tells me everytime that I have to pay for them to fix it. Why should customers have to pay for samsungs update messing up the phone. I told tech support my phone was telling me I wasn't connected to the internet. They had me reset networks and now I get that same notification more often. My battery drains faster, calls have static and parts where everything just goes silent now... yet samsung refuses to fix it
