Non-animated arrow circle issue when opening an app after updating to OneUI8?

So, I just downloaded the new one UI 8. Is anyone else having problems with it since they've downloaded it? Since the download now when I open an app there's a non-animated AR row going in a circlearrow circle... what's that all about? I'm also having problems with the Amplify Ambient Sound always running in the background.

After updating to One UI 8 the volume when using hearing aid with Bluetooth is very low. The volume without Bluetooth is fine. I already cleared the cache partition and rebooted. Suggestions?

After  update to the ui 8, I cannot make and receive a call. But SMS is working.
