Galaxy S23Posting as I was told.my samsung support to do so.
At the end of July. My phone forced itself to update to the newst version against my wishes.
Like the previous update before, this one is worse. Way worse. I can't just swipe to settings now. It takes swipping over the battery icon but only at home screen. Same with notifications. I cannot swipe to view notifications without backing out to the home screen now. Everytime, even doing this. It takes a while to get the notifications to slide down, half the time the web page or app moves.
Let alone Yall integrating A.I into the phone more. STOP IT. If I wanted a Samsung phone with A.I, I would upgrade to the new Samsung phone. S25. I don't want A.I in my phone, I don't need my phone ordering food on its own or to know when I like to scratch my behind.
Especially since You cannot 100% disable genmi, I can post it. There is settings that are on that cannot be turned off. They are greyed out.
10/10 after this S23 breaks. I will be moving to a other phone manufacturer.
Good job on loosing a customer of over 15 years.
Let us roll back updates!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Galaxy S23You were not forced. You have a phone with an update cycle. You are in that cycle, so you got the update. You would be complaining if you did not get an update you were entitled to. Just because you don't like the update does not mean you were forced. By now, everyone should know updates are mandatory - there is no option to refuse. The TOS you agreed to when you put your phone into service allows both Samsung and Google to change their software at any time for any reason. All phone brands have the same TOS.

Galaxy S23Please stop saying you were forced to update or it was against your wishes. You purchased a phone with an update cycle and this update was part of the cycle your phone is in. Updates are compulsory; so I guess in that way it was "forced", however, Samsung and Google own the software while you own the device. You agreed to the terms of service for both companies when you activated your phone and put it into service. The TOS states very specifically that they can change the software whenever and however they choose. Nowhere in the TOS does it state "user has to like the changes to the software".
As for the things you are having issues with, follow the link @Mujibar provided to help you get some things back to the way you are used to.
