I am using jio 5g, i cannot make calls and every 30 minutes or so, the no sim popup will show up. If I turn on-off airplane mode it won't identify network for least 5 minutes.
So long story short, I have problems calling and connecting to internet (jio).
2) both phones are purchased from official samsung dealer with samsung finance plus.
3) both phones are less than 6 months old.
Note:
This post is INDIA specific but I was unable to post this through my Samsung Members app, as it gave me server error. I tried posting this everyday for a month but was unable to post, and someone suggested to use web version, hence I am writing here.
Sorry your having this issue but you have reached the US community and since you stated this is a India phone you would need to ask this question on the India support community it sounds like a carrier issue since both you and your fathers phones are having the same issue
