My S23U has been stuck in ultra-power-saving mode

My samsung s23 ultra has been stuck in ultra power saving mode since it died the other day after I got it charged and turned back on. I'm not sure how or even why this has happened. I've done everything that I have been able to find online to turn it off, but still I'm stuck. Please please help.

Did you follow this guide to see if you are able to turn it off in your Battery settings? https://www.samsung.com/za/support/mobile-devices/how-to-turn-on-ultra-power-saving-mode/#:~:text=St....

If you have followed those steps, and are still in Ultra Power Saving Mode, I would check to see if a third-party application is responsible for this. You can do so with Safe Mode: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/

If the behavior continues in Safe Mode, it may be time to try a factory reset. Back up everything you can beforehand: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/

If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. For service in the U.S., you can take the phone to a local U.S. walk-in service location https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung or to ship the phone in for service, please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1.
