My S23 Bluetooth cannot be detected by my Car's audio system, but many other devices were detected by the same car.

Delete everything. Set up your car first. Then, set your Bluetooth to Scan. Then your phone should discover your car. It may show up as a number at first. Select that, and then it will display the name of the car.
