From an S9 to an S23... where is my qwerty keyboard?

AND

Sounds shuts off unknown times....shuts off when I turn the phone off

@rayj2415 To enable the QWERTY keyboard:

1. Open phone settings
2. Click General management
3. Click on Samsung Keyboard settings
4. Click on Languages and types
5. Click on English (US) and select Qwerty
