I had the plug in but uninstalled it. Then I went into the connections and clicked default print service and it brought up my printer model. If you click on that it will give you recommended services. I clicked on the brand of my printer and went through the play store where it took me back to the plugin which I rinstalled. Both Brother default and Brother plugin appear when you attempt to print. I use the Brother plugin and it printed fine.
There is definately something wrong with the documents printing with a black background and white lettering since the last update. Please correct this as it is interfering with my job!!!
It definitely has to do with the phone. It was working fine until 2 weeks ago or so. I have a Galaxy S23. I printed today from it and again it printed white on black. I went on my laptop and printed from that same website that I was printing from on my s23 and it came out correct... Black on white background.
I just went to the Play store and installed the Brother Print service Plug In and I am now getting it to print properly. When I chose to print from Adobe, it asked me if I wanted to use that plug-in and I said yes and it came out fine.
It only happens when printing from my phone. My husband prints from his Samsung phone and it prints correctly with white background and black letters. Has to be a phone issue. My phone never use to do this
Looks like there are a ton of people with the same issue. Please fix this.
My wife and my phone also prints with a black background and white letters... never did that before the update. Definitely was the update. We print with our phones all the time and this is an issue. My wife and I both have the Galaxy S21 Ultra.
