Call Background Not Showing During after One UI 7 update

After updating to One UI 7, the call background (default or custom) no longer shows when receiving or making calls. Instead, the screen just displays a solid background with the caller info and buttons — no image at all.

I factory reset my phone, cleared Phone app data, reset app preferences, and even tested in Safe Mode — nothing worked. The bug persists even with default Samsung call backgrounds.

This was working fine before the One UI 7 update. Please fix this ASAP, as the call background feature is completely broken right now.

Kindly reslove the issue at earliest. After buying flagshil phone we are facing such an issues.

I had to trim the background video and it worked again, I guess the original video size is >10mb 🤦🏻:male_sign:

S21 Ultra 5G. Just updated to UI 7 yesterday, now the pictures I had assigned to specific contacts to display during incoming calls no longer show. Please fix this

Call backtound is a blur screen in the background when the person answers or call connects. Was working fine before the update. Also notification pop up on lick screen and pull down is so much smaller. Please fix this. This update changed so much. Stop trying to be more like apple. You're taking away the best settings that make people live samsung!

I'm having the same issue on my S22. I want the default background but it just displays a solid color.. lime green, bright pink.. 😭

What I assigned to my contacts individually for a call background shows up from before the update, but that feature is now gone! Wanted to assign a new contact their own call background. Please bring this feature back!

I also have this problem. When an incoming call occurs the background shows but as soon as we pick the call it turns blur. Also in notification, the old call notification was much better with big buttons for mute and speaker. Also, the old phone icon was a lot better than the new one. The new notification panel is less convenient than the old one as we have to pull it twice to access the options. Samsung please try to correct these all things.
