Issue volume stuck earphone

 I don't have earphones connected and I can't hear or receive calls and only works on speaker.

Probably the Sound Assistant app. Open Sound Assistant and scroll to find "separate app Sound," then tap open, turn off separate app Sound, or try removing the apps, and check the audio device feature.

I had this problem before you need to clean your earphone jack and restart ur phone
