Didn't really have this much of an issue until tonight. Every 8K video I take on my Samsung S23 video is blurry, it doesn't even look like 8K, it barely even looks 720-1080. Nothing happened to my phone. Even the photos are blurry and grainy now. What tf is going on?
I didn't have a S23, but I had a S22 Ultra, since it came out. But eventually similar things happened. My photos started getting more grainy and weren't as sharp and clear as they were. Eventually just ended up upgrading to the S25. I believe they did that on purpose via updates, to get you into a new device.
It's a marketing strategy; when a new phone is released, updates to older models sometimes decrease performance, making the new phones seem more desirable and encouraging consumers to purchase them.
