I broke my red s23ultra and it was replaced with black. I orderd red. Why keep sending me black when exclusive was red

Did you reach out to support about this issue? Also, replacements are usually based on what's available. Since red was exclusive, they might've ran out of the red one

@BlueSkies I have seen that happen to others I know, but that is no excuse and unacceptable.  The exclusive colors usually cost more, so if they cannot replace something with the original color, they should give some money back. There is also absolutely no reason, if a replacement is warranted, they cannot take the hardware out of the black case and put it in the original exclusive color case that was sent in for repair.  It's just lazy.

Unfortunately, that's the chance you take when going exclusive. But I agree there should be some kind of give back if it can't be replaced with another exclusive
