Galaxy S23I broke my red s23ultra and it was replaced with black. I orderd red. Why keep sending me black when exclusive was red

Galaxy S23@BlueSkies I have seen that happen to others I know, but that is no excuse and unacceptable. The exclusive colors usually cost more, so if they cannot replace something with the original color, they should give some money back. There is also absolutely no reason, if a replacement is warranted, they cannot take the hardware out of the black case and put it in the original exclusive color case that was sent in for repair. It's just lazy.
