I purchased the official Samsung S23 Ultra, expecting a premium experience for the premium price. However, after a recent software update, a green line suddenly appeared on my display. It’s extremely frustrating that a device of such high cost is experiencing major issues in less than two years of usage.
I trusted Samsung for quality and long-term reliability, but this experience has been truly disappointing. I contacted Samsung Customer Care and was told there is currently no solution available for this issue.
I would like to ask: What solution will Samsung provide for this problem?
