Bixby Text Call not an option

So I have a S23 Ultra 5G with the latest Bixby Version and everything. For the life of me I can't figure out why I don't have "Bixby Text Call" and the only option I have is regular "Text Call" 

Does anyone else have this issue?

Hello TrillNando, welcome to the Samsung Community! I understand your concerns about wanting to use the Bixby Text Call feature on your device. Bixby can answer the call for you and with the Text call feature on your device, your calls will be answered by Bixby's automated voice. Please Note: If you are currently using Wi-Fi calling on One UI 5 devices, you will need to disable it to use Text call. 

To set up Bixby Text Call feature: Open the Phone app, tap more options and then tap Settings, tap text call and then tap the switch at the top to turn it on. You may be prompted to download a language starter pack: tap download, tap continue to use the Galaxy store and then tap install or update. Next, go back to the text call settings and tap language to select your desired language. Tap back to return to the text call settings screen again, tap voice and select a voice to use. This is the voice that the caller will hear. You can also download new voice data by tapping Add voice. Go back to text to call setting screen and then tap quick responses, tap a suggested response to edit it and drag the arrows to reorder the responses. You can also create your own responses, tap add quick response then enter a shortcut and response and tap save. To remove a response tap edit in the right corner and then select a response and tap to delete.
