Failed January Update

Trying to update my S23 Ultra with the most recent update but it keeps failing. I have a locked Verizon phone. Everytime I try to update, it's super slow and eventually fails giving my "Error Code: 407". I tried clearing cache, clearing data, restarting my phone, using Smart Switch, switching between wifi and data, switching between different wifi networks. I have enough space on my phone (300gb free). If I knew what the error code meant, I could diagnose further. Google hasn't been helpful. Samsung support hasn't been helpful. They are telling me to manually flash my device but I wanna leave that as a last resort. Any suggestions?

Yeah, I tried those options and still keep having my phone try to do an automatic update. It's frustrating because it's draining my battery pretty fast.
They need to fix this problem because it's showing that it's not just for one type of Samsung Galaxy phone but for all of them.

There was a security update today (01/22/2025) which I loaded and installed. ONE UI7 hasn't arrived except for the beta testers

I still haven't received the update for the release of ONE UI 7 Android 15 just yet, I'm still on ONE UI 7 Beta 3 (Unfortunately, maybe because of the delay but I'm not quite sure yet.)

On Verizon yep. Only workaround was to download smart switch on my pc and update it that way.

What's the step by step process for this? I'm struggling with Android 15 not downloading either. (Verizon, S24U)

All the updates do is make your phone or tablet work slower. Then you get mad and purchase another one every year. Then, the greedy manufacturers can get rich quicker.
It's all about money.
