Failed January Update

Trying to update my S23 Ultra with the most recent update but it keeps failing. I have a locked Verizon phone. Everytime I try to update, it's super slow and eventually fails giving my "Error Code: 407". I tried clearing cache, clearing data, restarting my phone, using Smart Switch, switching between wifi and data, switching between different wifi networks. I have enough space on my phone (300gb free). If I knew what the error code meant, I could diagnose further. Google hasn't been helpful. Samsung support hasn't been helpful. They are telling me to manually flash my device but I wanna leave that as a last resort. Any suggestions?

I'm getting the same error code. Getting pretty nervous. The last time I had an update fail it kept trying to install over and over, rendering my S23 useless. Samsung support was useless and they told me to take the phone to an authorized service center which I did and they told me that phone was trashed. There's nothing that could be done to repair it. I called Samson again they told me to send the phone in and then sent me a link with the information. They wanted to charge me several hundred dollars just to look at the phone. The local Verizon store tried to help but could not and recommended a another local vendor who looked at it and said it could not be repaired either. I ended up having to buy a new phone. So this failed update is really making me nervous... My wife has an iPhone and never has any problems like this whatsoever. I've been fighting the urge to get an iPhone because it seems so foreign to me but at this point in my life I don't have time for this **bleep**.

Who else is having issues with installing the latest update? I'm connected to the wifi and I have a battery percentage that is above 80%. My updates never took this long to download or update. I had restarted and shut my phone completely off and still having issues.

I saw a post that said it's an issue to do with Verizon. I'm not sure if that's true or what's going on, but so far all I've heard is that no one has been able to get it downloaded

Those who are having this issue. Is your phone battery draining fast because the update keeps trying to download? Because I had my phone at 92% and less than 30 minutes, it drained down to 66%
